Deep Blue Field brings you the best in the lively art of lush electronica from recording artists and producers from all over the world accompanied with live violins and video projections by Marco Ferrari. DJ Numinous Radio, aka Carolynn Travis, violinists Inger Carle and Anne Harrishave been blending their special mix of downtempo, trip hop, acid jazz, and chill out with original, live string arrangements since 2000.
Deep Blue Field has played at some of Chicago's
most posh watering spots like The Peninsula, New Modern Wing & The MCA and are equally in their element on the large venues like Navy Pier Skyline Stage, The Metro, The Fillmore in San Fransico and Buckingham Fountain performing for thousands of people. Just recently they brought the house down opening up for Me'shell N'degeocello at The Old Town School of Folk Music.
